Customer Satisfaction Proven: 7 Containers of Kraft Paper Cable Drums Shipped to Thailand

2025-07-15

In Southeast Asia, especially Thailand, the demand for cable storage and transportation has been growing rapidly. Recently, our company successfully shipped 7 full 40-foot containers of Kraft Paper Cable Drums (metal lid fiber drums) to Thailand. These products are mainly used in telecommunication projects for bulk cable packaging and storage.

When the Thai customer first approached us, their concerns were:

  1. Moisture resistance – Thailand’s hot and humid climate requires reliable cable protection.

  2. Transport efficiency – With 40 drums per pallet, the solution supports large-volume loading and stacking, ideal for sea freight.

  3. Eco-friendliness & cost – Compared with wooden spools, kraft paper cable drums are lighter, recyclable, and align with Thailand’s green packaging policies.

  4. Customization – The customer requested their company logo to be printed on the drum surface for brand visibility.

We supplied kraft paper cable drums with galvanized steel lids, made from 280g reinforced kraft paper for superior dust and moisture protection. The built-in handle made them easier to carry at construction sites. After the first shipment, the customer highly praised the drums’ tight sealing, stacking efficiency, and eco-friendly design. As a result, they continued to place repeat orders, with a total volume of more than 7 containers so far.

This case demonstrates the strong adaptability of kraft paper cable drums in the Thai market. It also highlights their comprehensive advantages in moisture resistance, logistics efficiency, and sustainability compliance. The customer’s repeated purchases show their confidence in both our product quality and service, further strengthening our foothold in Southeast Asia.
